Please note: Orders placed after 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, May 14th will be processed after inventory is completed on Tuesday, May 20th. Estimated shipping times may be delayed.

How much does shipping cost?

FedEx Ground shipping is $9.95, and is free on orders over $75.

We offer expedited shipping (2-day delivery) for $15 on orders over $99; however, please note that diffusers, fragrance sprays, fragrance spray refills, and room fragrances are not available for expedited shipping due to hazardous materials classification.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard shipping partner is FedEx, and same-day delivery takes 2-7 business days; expedited delivery can take 2+ days. The timeframe depends on the distance covered.

Please note that Yzxzyw requires time to package and ship your item. Please add up to 2 days to your estimated delivery time to accommodate this process. Thank you for your understanding.

How do I track my package?

After your item ships, you will receive an email from us with tracking details. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder. If you need to contact us regarding your order, please email Support@yzxzyw.club.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

Do I need to sign for my package?

No.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to enjoy your product, so we accept returns within 30 days of shipment. If you have any questions or need assistance with a return or exchange, please email Support@yzxzyw.club and provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been completed?

Once your purchase is complete, we'll immediately begin the processing and packaging process so your item can be delivered to you quickly. If the shipping address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, please email Support@yzxzyw.club between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, and we'll do our best to assist with your unshipped order.
